預防自殺守門員培訓計劃及研究 

你想成為社區內的預防自殺守門員嗎？倘若你想學習基本的聆聽技巧和心理健康知識，這就是你的機會！

研究目的是甚麼？ 

研究專為大學舍堂而設計的預防自殺守門員培訓計劃之可行性和有效性。 

我需要做些甚麼？ 

1. 出席共6小時的預防自殺守門員培訓課程 
2. 完成兩份約10分鐘長的問卷，並出席於12月的分享會 
3. 完成培訓計劃後更可以獲得出席獎狀！ 

我符合資格嗎？ 

• 18歲或以上之香港大學學生 
• 目前正居住在任何一間舍堂 
• 能閱讀和以廣東話溝通 (課程語言為廣東話，並以英文輔助) 
• 過往不曾完成精神健康急救課程

A pilot study on HKU’s suicide prevention gatekeeping training for residential students 

Do you want to be a suicide prevention gatekeeper in your community? Do you want to learn about basic active listening and problem-solving skills with some mental health knowledge? This is your chance!  

What is the research aim?  

To pilot test the feasibility and efficacy of a locally develop university-based gatekeeper training suicide prevention program tailored made for university residential students.  

What will you need to do? 

1. Attend the 6-hour suicide gatekeeping training program  
2. Fill in two sets of questionnaires that will take less than 10 minutes (one before the program and one after). You will also be invited to a post training sharing session in early December. 
3. You will also receive a certificate upon completion!   

Who is eligible to join?  

• Students of HKU aged 18 or above 
• Current hall residents (hall students or tutors)  
• Able to read and understand Chinese (The program will be conducted in Cantonese, supplemented by English) 
• Non completer of the Mental Health First Aid Certificate Course
