Certified Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (Hong Kong) (CST-HK) Practitioner Training Course

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is an evidence-based intervention for enhancing cognition and quality of life in people with dementia. It is a non-pharmacological intervention endorsed by the UK Government and recommended by the World Alzheimer’s Report.

Authorised by the International CST Centre (https://www.ucl.ac.uk/pals/research/clinical-educational-and-health-psychology/research-groups/international-cognitive-34) in University College London (UCL), Dr. Gloria Wong is the currently sole organiser for Certificate Courses on CST-HK to promote the proper use of CST and, most importantly, to benefit more people with dementia. The training programme is co-organised by the UCL, the Department of Social Work and Social Administration and the Sau Po Centre on Ageing in HKU.
