This concentration prepares students to take up leadership, managerial and advocacy roles in the social service sector. It equips students with relevant theoretical and practical models and concepts, grounded upon sound research competence, to work effectively in the fields of policy analysis and advocacy as well as programme evaluation, organisational analysis and management, at the community and societal levels. It also prepares students with solid foundation to continue study in research postgraduate degree programmes.
