「小足.福」失胎支援計劃
您好,

承蒙香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助,香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系正推行一項支援經歷流產父母的先導計劃 – 賽馬會「小足.福」失胎支援計劃。計劃內容包括建立網上失胎支援平台、社區教育、專業培訓及相關研究等。

為了推行社區教育及相關研究,我們誠邀閣下參與一項由香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系副教授及項目總監陳凱欣博士負責的香港巿民對失胎的認知及看法之社區調查。有關詳情如下:
研究對象
1. 為香港居民
2. 年齡為18歲以上
3. 能閱讀中文或英文

We are recruiting for participants to join our online survey on public attitudes and knowledge of pregnancy loss!

Greetings,
Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, The Department of Social Work and Social Administration is launching “Jockey Club Perinatal Bereavement Care Project”, a pilot initiative aims at providing support for individuals with miscarriage experiences. Core elements of the initiative include the development of an online support platform, community education, professional training, research projects etc.
You are invited to participate in our online survey on public attitudes and knowledge of pregnancy loss conducted by Dr. Celia Hoi-Yan Chan, Associate Professor of Department of Social Work and Social Administration and the Principal Investigator of the Project. Information collected will be monumental in laying the groundwork for our community education and other research projects on pregnancy loss.

We are looking for participants who are:
1. Hong Kong Residents
2. Ages 18 or above
3. Able to read Chinese or English
Compensation

Upon successful completion, the first 200 participants will receive an HKD$100 supermarket e-voucher.

Any information obtained in this study will remain strictly confidential and will be used for research purposes only. All data collected will be destroyed five years after the completion of the study.
