Prof. Lee Yong Gun

Assistant Professor

Yong Gun (YG) Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration at The University of Hong Kong. His scholarship centers on addressing health disparities and emphasizes collaboration with directly affected individuals. Working toward these goals, he conducts community-inclusive research that critically examines health service utilization among socially and structurally marginalized groups. His current work focuses on HIV prevention among sexual and gender expansive people and aims to provide the basis for scaling up HIV preventive interventions harnessing digital technologies and community assets (e.g., partners, peers).
